Pair O’ Hues

This started as an impulsive attempt to become a massive Twitch Streamer due to the popularity of streaming and playing games online. I became restless with just gaming, and was interested in doing more with the hobby. I knew I had the technical expertise to achieve what I wanted, so I got to work. There were many iterations to get where we are, but I’m quite pleased with the streaming quality and being able to stream together with my wife.

This is one of the first iterations I had of getting all of the content on the screen. The difficulty I had was getting two full 1080p screens cropped together in a pleasing manner, with my wife and I on screen at the same time.

This is one of the second/third iterations I had of getting all of the content on the screen. I had the idea that we could frame the stream with some bubble particle effects to make it seem more cohesive as well as giving the viewers more visibility to our screens and you could see us more.

This is one of the current version of our PairOHues Stream set ups. We really liked the framing behind the screens, and I had the idea that maybe it would be easier to only show one major screen at a time, and then the other person’s screen was smaller and off the side. There is chat commands that can switch which one of us is taking up the majority of the screen.

These are different ideas and showcases the logo design process I had went through with my wife to achieve something we both liked. Showcasing different ideas, incorporating pink and yellow resembling each of our gamer tags, and the stream focus of playing video games.
